About Us

Who We Are

At Well-UK, recovery is personalised. We work with each individual to define what recovery means to them and tailor the journey accordingly. Support is provided throughout the journey.

About Us Well-UK

Wellbeing UK was founded by a service user who understands precisely where mental health patients are coming from – in principle and practice, with a master’s degree in neuroscience and psychology for mental health from King’s College University of London and 12 years of lived experience.

Community-based mental health services should offer diverse and tailored support to meet the unique needs of individuals. Rehabilitation in mental health involves restoring community functioning and well-being for those diagnosed with mental health or emotional disorders. Well-UK makes collaborative efforts with primary care providers, community projects and charity organisations to ensure a holistic approach to care and recovery. Our comprehensive approach to mental health services in the community promotes overall mental health and recovery. We provide medical, psychological, and social input to help Service Users manage symptoms and achieve their basic life goals, rebuilding a satisfying and contributing life despite a mental health diagnosis.

Our Team

Well-UK is interested in you and every detail of your life that you are willing to share and need help with. Your peace of mind and safeguarding are our concerns.

Wellbeing UK support workers are specially trained in mental health care support to facilitate recovery and create strategies to help you manage your symptoms to live a functional life.

Our aim is that you remain positive, energetic, and progressive rather than falling into depression and loneliness due to isolation.

Our Recovery Coordinators go beyond the basics to ensure

  • you have the right access to key services, such as mental health professionals such as therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists for diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care.
  • connect you to educational initiatives to reduce self-stigma and promote mental health self-awareness.
  • you have access to rehabilitation and vocational training to enhance skills and improve overall functioning.
  • you have access, where required, to crisis intervention services for immediate assistance during challenging periods.
  • benefit from regular check-ins, ongoing support, and follow-up services, contribute to sustained well-being and prevent relapses.
  • benefit from supportive housing and employment programs that contribute to stability and independence.
  • access peer support groups and community networks to foster a sense of belonging and understanding.
